Trailhead Directions
Take I-25 south to exit 175, Bernardo. For part one of the hike, follow signs to Ladd S. Gordon Waterfowl Management Area. Go under I-25 and turn left on NM 116. After 1.7 miles turn right into the Bernardo area, cross railroad tracks and PARK at the welcome sign. For part two of this multi-hike, return to the intersection of NM 116 and US 60. Return back under the interstate and turn left.Take I-25 south to exit 169. Take exit and make a sharp right turn and proceed 0.25 miles to the Visitor’s Center. Park in the Visitor’s Center Lot.
