Original Hike: Golden Open Space – North West
What Has Changed: Want to approach the DEEP hole from the top. Easier to deal with if the trail has washed out or there’s water.
More Information: I’ve modified the hike. We no longer go to the end of Arroyo Seco, cutting off 1 mile.
Highlights: A variation that includes (1) all of the Los Duendes Trail, (2) all of the main arroyo, and (3) half of the side Arroyo Seco. Colorful rocks and great views.
Cautions: Hiking off-trail in the arroyos with some walking on rocks. Bring your hiking poles.
