Highlights: Hike along the edge of a mesa with sandstone formations. Views of Cabezon to the south and the many volcanic formations receding in the distance down the Rio Puerco valley. It’s enchanting and hard to beat.
Cautions: Steep dropoffs. Not much shade.

Sign up/Pay: Signup starts 14 days before the day of the hike. Call the center at 767-5999 to sign up and reserve a seat. Hikes are open to all 50+ Senior Center members. If, after making a reservation, you cannot attend the hike please call and cancel so that other hikers can participate.
